In all of my coaching, I integrate embodiment practices to support the specific goals you come in with.
I have worked and will continue to work with everyone who wants to do the work - every skin color, age, gender, every body type, genetalia and hormone system, physical ability, family history, financial status, religion…
My demographic is people who are introspective, growth oriented, and looking to create something different. If you would like my support, I'd like to offer it.

My area of focus in human anatomy and physiology (A&P) leaves me well equipped to work with women, trans, non-binary, gender- fluid individuals who have or have had a vulva, ovaries, uterus, or an estrogen heavy endocrine system.
I will happily work with any one on these topics even if those don’t apply to you, though my A&P knowledge may not be as sharp!

Change is challenging, it’s why we struggle with it so much. Connecting to your body strengthens your resolve, so the changes you make are easier to implement and more enjoyable to create.

Intimacy - for Partners
Intimacy is not stagnant, owed, or automatic. It is ever changing, cultivated, and earned through trust and gentle efforts.
Intimacy can be built up by focusing on four things: Talk, Touch, Time, Trust
Too often, partners end up fighting constantly, breaking up, or building resentments toward each other because of dysfunctions in those key areas. Dysfunctions can look something like this:
Talk: unproductive arguments because of clashing communication styles; not having fun conversations any more
Touch: a lack of playful, affectionate touches; a sex life that is not meeting the needs of all parties
Time: too much time together without enough connection; prioritizing the wrong needs
Trust: not following through on plans, missing bids for affection, loosing curiosity and genuine interest in the other

As a massage therapist, I have spent thousands of hours feeling people’s bodies, and hearing about the aches, pains, injuries and discomforts that people deal with.
We all love using our bodies - walking, lifting, hiking, climbing, yoga, running, fitness classes - even if it’s just the ability to get from point a to point b.
Unfortunately, almost none of us are taught how.
Move with Meaning is a whole new approach to fitness and exercise coaching.
