Hiya, I'm Kate! I love bodies, relationships, food, art, sharing, and being alive.
I'm also the creator of Stability in Motion, bringing you courses, workshops, podcasts and coaching programs that help your body feel better and your capacity for intimacy increase.
As a professional and as a person, I am deeply committed to growth, and leaning in to what it is to be human.
Here's a list of some credentials I’ve got: Licensed Massage Therapist, certified craniosacral therapist, certified visceral manipulation therapist, certified yoga teacher, certified peer support specialist, B.A. in Women, Creativity, and Facilitating Embodied Change with a minor in Biology, 1500+ hours of CE’s in movement practices, bodywork, and mental health.

My experiences with complex PTSD, abuse, chronic pain, relationships, and healing have given me tools, skills and systems that I will share with you all so that each one of us gets to live a deeply fulfilling life with less stress, pain, and disconnect, and more ease, comfort, and intimacy.
I’ve seen all sorts of providers and practitioners, spent thousands of hours studying, and soaked up the wisdom from hundreds of wise humans with lives that have taught them well. I’ve seen what works, what doesn’t, and understand deeply that the best care is highly individualized, deeply empathetic, adaptable and stable.
Mighty Mei enjoys snuggling, barking, chasing balls, and eating zucchini. She welcomes engaging with the SiM community for those of you dog lovers who would like to say hi.
In her free time, she hangs out with her human mom and stares out the window at the big wide world.
