Hey, I’m Kate - the artsy body nerd behind SiM.

I’m a Denver based massage therapist and health and wellness coach.

I offer relationship coaching, individual coaching, body work, courses, workshops, and podcasts that help people get out of pain physically and emotionally. I bring people closer to their bodies so they can show up for the relationships they care about with more presence, ease and intimacy.

I’m also an artist, and I use my art throughout my offerings to keep SiM feeling lively and engaging, and to inspire you to do the same.

    Besides the awesome massage techniques, I think the best thing we got from this experience was just a reset of how we communicate our expectations. The hustle of everyday life makes it real easy to want your partner to read your mind, this class helped give easy methods to make it feel like your partner can read your mind - without the unhealthy expectations :).

    From easing the awkwardness of a group environment for something more vulnerable and giving clear examples for the massage techniques or communication, Kate did amazing as a facilitator.

  • She listened intently to the injuries and symptoms I was managing and worked steadfastly to create an individualized plan for me. I seriously cannot recommend her enough to people and am so sad to have moved out of state! It's obvious that she's passionate about serving/helping others which is evident in the quality of work that she delivers to her patients. The environment she created in her home is warm, welcoming, and provided me a place of mental and emotional refuge.
